We offer this package for facilitators who wish to bring their group of 6 to 9, out for a weekend or 2 night stay. They would have a check in time of between 7 and 9 pm. on the day of arrival with snacks, 3 meals on the full day and 2 meals on the day of departure with a check out time of 2 pm. This also includes use of the facilities.
Investment for this is $180/person.

Date(s) involved:

Arrival time: between 6 and 9 pm on day of arrival

Departure time: 2p.m. of day of departure

Price: $180.00/person (including facilitator) Deposit: $100.00 non-refundable deposit due at the time of reservation. If I am collecting fees for the retreat, I require a 50% deposit upon registration.  Minimum number 6, maximum 9. If you have fewer than 6, you still pay for 6 to have the retreat exclusive to your group.

The Robins’ Nest Retreat obligations:

  • Two nights accommodations including bedding, towels, and facecloths
  • Meals including 3 meals on Saturday, Sunday breakfast and lunch. Tentative meal schedule (upon approval of facilitator)

        Snacks upon arrival on Friday night

        Saturday breakfast    9 a.m.                     

        Saturday lunch            12:30 p.m.              

        Saturday dinner          6 p.m.                        

        Sunday breakfast        9 p.m.

        Sunday lunch               12:30 p.m.

All meals will be vegetarian, using as many organic ingredients as possible. Meat meals are available if all members of the group request it. I will be making up the menus but if you would like to collaborate on them, please feel free to contact me.

  •   Snacks (guests can bring their own as well
  • Use of the Great Room, Screened Porch and grounds.
  • Listing your workshop on our web site (please send me a short description of your workshop along with the amount that you are charging and who to contact for payment.) If applicable. (not if you have your own members already set.)
  • Mention in our monthly newsletter, “News from the Nest”.  If applicable.
  • Receipt issued to the facilitator

Facilitator’s obligations:

  • Advertising your workshop 
  • Collecting fees for your workshop (unless otherwise arranged for us to collect them.)
  • Fees payable to The Robins’ Nest Retreat for yourself and your participants are due on xxxx/xx/xxxx.  If you have anyone that registers after this date, you can forward the fees at that time.
  • Let your group know that the bedrooms and bathrooms are shared. If you as the facilitator, would like a private bedroom, please let me know. If you do, you can have 7 other people. We could set up 4 in one room and then you could have 8 attending. If you don’t mind sharing a room, you could have 9 to 10 people.
  • Find out from each person if they have any food sensitivities, allergies or dislikes and forward them on to me by xxxxx/xx/xxxx. I need the information to be able to plan the menu.
  • Please advise your group that this is a “commercial scent and smoke free environment” and to please, not wear any commercial scents while attending.
  • Let me know if there is anything special that you need for your workshop to run smoothly before arrival.
